Nyxen's Sidewalk Journey Through Life was founded on April of 2010 on a very dreary night. One day I just got bored and I wanted to mix my hobbies together to make something I could both love and enjoy to do. Reviewing books is just one of the things this blog has to offer but it will be mostly about that. This blog is dedicated to everyone in my life who still has the courage to befriend me even throughout all the weirdness. I will post a blog about my life once in a while that ivolves something exciting happening. This blog was meant for me but I soon realized that I wanted people to hear my thoughts. I wanted to voice them and have an opinion about what *I* think is important. Even if it doesn't seem that imprortant.
My name is Bianca Nadine, as you can see up there on that mini banner. I'm a regular fourteen year old girl who fell in love with reading at first sight. Books are literally my life. I have no job, I have no life, I'm still surprised I have friends and I have a strange fascination with Doctor Who, Harry Potter, and High School Musical.
Next to reading, which I adore to do, there is also writing. I first started writing around 2006 when I discovered Harry Potter fanfiction of Quzilla. I read and read a lot of cliche, not well-written stories and I immediately fell in love with creating my own plot and characters. After that, everything just fell into place and I started writing. Now I just want to write for a living.
You also might be wondering, "Why Nyxen?" Once upon a year, about the time I started writing, I created a character for a Harry Potter Fanfiction. I created a Nyxen which was one of the most important and strongest witches that ever lived. The character that portrayed the Nyxen was loosely based off of me but on completely different standards. These days, Nyxen is just merely my alter ego.
This blog is for my books and other important subjects that are close to my heart. Some may not like it but I have no intentions to stop blogging anytime soon.
